CATSACHUSETTS VENDOR APPLICATION
CATSACHUSETTS VENDOR AGREEMENT
DATE AND HOURS OF OPERATION:
The Catsachusetts Cat Club show will be on April 29 - May 1, 2022. Spectator hours are 3:30 p.m. - 8:00 p.m. on Friday, 9:30 a.m. – 5:00 p.m. on Saturday and 9:30 a.m. – 4:00 p.m. on Sunday, and vendor booths must be operational during that time. No relocations, load-in/load-out, or storage of items will be permitted during advertised show hours, unless permission is first obtained from the show managers.
CHECK IN AND SETUP:
Please check in with the vendor coordinator prior to set up. Space will be assigned by the Club. Booth setup is: Friday, April 29, 2022 from 11:00 a.m. – 3:00 p.m.
Doors will open for spectators at 3:30 p.m. on Friday and 9:30 a.m. on Saturday and Sunday.
VENDOR FEES AND OPERATION OF VENDOR SPACES:
Vendor spaces are offered in single or double spaces. A single vendor space is 8’ x 8’ and is priced at $100 for the three-day show. A double vendor space is 8’ x 16’ and is priced at $175 for the three-day show. Your vendor fee includes one 6 ft. table. Additional tables can be rented for $20 each.
If you have special booth space requests, please note them under "Special Requests". Reasonable arrangements may be made at the discretion of the show committee and within the limitations of the show hall.
Single space vendors can include one (1) additional person/employee and double space vendors can include up to two (2) additional people/employees to their table at no additional charge.
Vendors agree to sell items only from their assigned space(s). Vendors agree that their set-up will be within the specified space boundaries and that their display, merchandise, etc., will not obstruct, block, or interfere with neighboring vendors. No merchandise may be set up beyond the front boundary of your space. Vendors must ensure that their physical set-up is safe and hazard-free for all show participants.
No fur, animal pelts or skins may be displayed or sold.
Any sound or musical amplification systems require prior approval by show management.
Vendors are responsible for keeping their space attractive during show hours and for cleaning up their space after the show closes, including removal of garbage generated by his/her concession. There will be a $50.00 fee for any trash left behind.
We cannot guarantee access to electricity.
The Club is not responsible for the arrangements made between any vendor and any customer. No warranty of any sort, expressed or implied, may be made by the Club on behalf of the vendors or the show.
Each vendor is responsible for his/her own compliance with any applicable local, State or Federal laws and regulations.
PAYMENT:
Online Payments:
Online payment can be made through Venmo at @Catsachusetts-Club or PayPal using either the Catsachusetts link: PayPal.Me/Catsachusetts or to the e-mail address: catsachusetts@gmail.com.
Check Payments:
You may pay by check if you prefer. Checks must be received by April 22, 2022. Please make sure your name and your business name is included somewhere on the check. A fee of $40.00 will be assessed for any returned checks; a returned check must be claimed with cash before the vendor will be allowed to set up.

CANCELLATION AND REFUND POLICY:
Booth fees are non-refundable unless the show is cancelled by the Club. You are responsible for payment of your reserved space, whether you attend or not. Exceptions to the cancellation policy will be considered on a case-by-case basis and only in the event of a personal or family emergency.
IMAGE USE:
The Vendor agrees to allow the Club to take and/or use booth photographs for promotional purposes in print or televised advertisements, brochures, postcards, fliers, website, and other marketing collateral.
TAX:
All vendors must be in compliance with State & Federal Tax Laws and are responsible for sales tax on applicable items; the Club is not responsible for vendor sales tax.
SECURITY:
The show hall will be secured after show hours, however, vendors are responsible for their own products.
The Catsachusetts Cat Club reserves the right to refuse booth space to, or remove, sanction and terminate any vendor whom displays, sells, behaves in a way that is deemed detrimental or inappropriate to the show. The Club will not be liable for refunds and/or expenses incurred if sanctioned for any of the above reasons.
